How long will my order take to arrive?

Every memorial piece is carefully prepared before shipment.
Estimated delivery times are:
United States: 10–19 business days
United Kingdom & Europe: 10–22 business days
Canada: 12–24 business days
Australia: 12–24 business days
Other Countries: 14–29 business days
For personalized items, please allow an additional 5–7 business days for crafting.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey home.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept secure payments through PayPal, including:
PayPal balance
Credit and debit cards via PayPal’s secure checkout
You do not need a PayPal account to complete your purchase using a card.

What if there is an issue with my order?

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn't meet our quality standards, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging.
Our team will carefully review the issue and work with you to find the best solution, whether that's a replacement, remake, or another appropriate resolution.
Because personalized keepsakes are uniquely created for each family, they cannot be returned once production has begun. However, if we make a mistake or your item is damaged during transit, we'll make it right.
We understand how meaningful these keepsakes are, and we're committed to making sure your experience reflects the same care that goes into every piece we create.

Can I return my order?

Standard (non-personalized) items may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original condition.
Because personalized memorial pieces are uniquely created for each family, custom orders cannot be returned once production begins.
Manufacturing errors or shipping damage: Free remake or replacement.
