Processing Time (Customized Products): For personalized or photo-customized items, please allow 5–7 business days for production before shipping.

Shipping Time & Delivery
We ship directly from our production partners in China to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and other major countries.
United States: 8–15 business days
United Kingdom & Europe: 8–18 business days
Canada & Australia: 10–20 business days
Other Countries: 12–25 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, and peak seasons (e.g., holidays).

Shipping Cost
Free Standard Shipping: All orders include free standard shipping.
Express Shipping (Optional): Available at checkout for an additional fee. Delivery time is usually 5–10 business days depending on destination.

Tracking Your Order
