📦 Q2: How Long Does Shipping Take?

We ship worldwide 🌍
Order Processing Time:
Standard Products: Orders for standard products are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
Customized Products: For personalized or photo-customized items, please allow 5–7 business days for production before shipping.
Shipping Time & Delivery:
We ship directly from our production partners in China to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and other major countries.
United States: 8–15 business days
United Kingdom & Europe: 8–18 business days
Canada & Australia: 10–20 business days
Other Countries: 12–25 business days
All orders include tracking information, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

❤️ Q3. What Is Your Return and Refund Policy?

We gladly accept returns for non-customized products within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Customized products (engraved names, photos, etc.) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

🐕 Q4. How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link.
You can also check your order status anytime on our “Track Order” page.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after shipping.

✏️Q5. Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours after placing it.
Once production or shipping has started, changes may not be possible for customized products.
For non-customized items, cancellation is available before shipment.
We recommend double-checking your photos and personalization details before confirming your order.
